    I mean thats what i do. not with my sisters though.. thats just weird lol. if your doing it because you want to be a girl then by all means go for it :) im sure your sister will suport you and even get you your own panties ;)
    and it is an exciting situation so it is normal to get hard.

    so think about why you did it. if your gay then im happy for you. if not then you might have to do alot more thinking haha
