Is it normal to wear socks outside?

I don't usually wear shoes. I just hate wearing them but I ALWAYS wear socks. I just love the feel of walking down the road or in mud while in socks. Does anyone else feel this way?

    I hate wearing shoes and socks... But I do it when I go out of the house otherwise it would hurt my feets.

    Yeah it's normal. I'm assuming a lot of people do that.But really; walking thru mud with socks on? Wtf lol.

    Yuck, I hate wet/dirty socks. But I do like being barefoot, especially when walking in sand. Do what makes your feet happy! Haha
