Is it normal to wear leggings to work?

I suppose in this 21st century people outta be able to choose what to wear and not follow a trend just because society dictates what is socially acceptable. I guess the big question is, would you rather favor freedom or be controlled by someone? The answer the obvious. I find jeans and normal pants to be extremely uncomfortable. Leggings are very comfortable. I can bend down so easily without worrying about the stretch. This question is for both men and women of all races. And since leggings are comfortable, why only wear them during the weekends? Isn't life about living comfortably?

    Depends where you work. It could give off ur vibe--that ur fun and relaxed. Or everyone will see ur ass and you'll look incredibly unprofessional

    Yes. I figure that this would be normal. After all, fashion depends on the person's preference, usually that is. I thought this was becoming more of the "norm".

      Norm? Since when? I see guys are still wearing the boring business suit and women still wearing the boring business skirts. No one is wearing comfortable fashion to a HQ meeting.

        I sure some do. Some must. Comfortability doesn't have to be based on materials and their quality, it can, once again, come down to preference.

            Do I really need more form fitting clothes? In my country, if I wore something that form fitting my thinness would be exaggerated and I'd risk being harassed by people. :/
