Is it normal to wear beach flipflops for office work?

I think plastic flip-flops are ok for the beach or going for a walk, but for work, they're too casual. What do you think?

    I only wrear flipflops too. But only because im pregnant and my feet get swollen and I cant wear regular shoes.
