I often Find myself in comfy basketball shorts and a teeshirt when i go shopping and out wit friends i love makeup and fashion tho :/

    i remeber i had girlfriend all she did was wear basketball shorts. I understand if play basketball but all the fucken time no way jose. It got annoying so dumped her.

    Absolutely not. Not to be harsh but a girl wearing basketball shorts when not playing sports is not only ghetto (and thus people think you are less smart if you dress ghetto) but its dyke-ish for a lady to wear them shopping. They are fine for chores and sports but as a part of your regular outfits - no. 100% of people will judge you if you wear these as an outfit. either as being ghetto or a lesbian. There are tons of commfy shorts out there. The basketball ones come with a lot of judgement and should not be apart of anyone's "shoping" clothes. The same goes for sweat pants, jersey's, pajamas, they all come with the conotation that you are poorly educate or a dullard and should not be treated respectfully.
