Is it normal to wear an acu around the house and to sleep in?

I started wearing ACUs when my uncle gave me his used one. It was the complete coat, trousers, the tan t shirt, and even the underwear. I don't know what to do with it at first but one day I have no clothes left cause I haven't done the laundry in a while so I thought I would use it. That was the first time I've ever worn a full ACU and it felt complete and I feel comfortable in it. Then I started buying used ACUs from ebay. I only buy really used faded ones cause they're much more softer than the newer ones. I got a complete 5 uniforms now. I've been using them inside the house and for sleeping everyday since. I sometimes go out in them but never with the patches on and I never claimed to be in the army, cause that is just wrong and stolen valor is a serious crime.
