Is it normal to wear a shirt under low cut shirts

I have some shirts that have a low neckline, and sometimes when I wear them I wear a T-shirt or some other shirt under them. I don't feel comfortable with everything being on display. I like to be covered up. I'm 20 years old. Is that normal?

    Im 20 and i also like to cover up i also thought im the only one cuz everyone younger and older then me are always half naked

    Completely normal. I go deeper than you, cause I am a guy who really dislike go shirtless even in my own house. Do not worry about it.

    A lot of my Tshirts are vneck and I wear tanktops under them because I think it looks cute and I don't feel comfortable in low cut shirts and I have small boobs
