I am a girl that wears 3 pairs of panties under my skirt just to feel safe, the first two are briefs and the 3rd pair are boy legs I'm wondering if anyone else finds it normal or if anyone else does it to.
How about not wearing a skirt? It seems like a hassle to wear that much underwear.

No. Safe from what? Rape? I doubt the choice of clothing on a person can save them from being raped. Instead, why not wear a pair of pants? Wearing three pairs of underwear seems a bit of a waste. In South Africa, they invented a "Anti-Rape Condom". I don't know if you can buy it where you live. If you want to feel safer, carry a can of pepper spray in your purse and learn marital arts.

I used to wear 3 pairs of panties as well (although in the reverse order - boy legs being the first) but then I read Andrea Dworkin and realized that all men are rapists and started to wear a chastity belt. Can't you see that your womanhood is in danger when you don't wear one as well? Or are you just trying to attract men by pointing to the fact that you only wear 3 pairs of panties and calling for attention to get raped? I thought I was paranoid but this is a little bit extreme. I know nowadays there are a lot of sickos in the world and since women cannot overpower men, rape is a serious thing. But really, why not just bring a knife, or some sort of weapon for self defense and carry it around with you? Now let's say someone DOES decide to wear a chastity belt.
Your attacker tries to rape you, gets down to the waist. They see this chastity belt on you. Maybe they fiddle around with it and try to get it off by force. Maybe they just say "oh fuck this" and decide to kill you right off the bat. Ignoring oral sex or any type of breast fondling which wouldn't be the worst case scenario (though if they have an STD, certain types can still be spread through the mouth), if your attacker is crazy as fuck then you're pretty much screwed either way, losing your virginity or not.
Just carry a weapon around you and take a self-defense class. Learn about your pros to being a woman and said classes as well about your center of gravity and you could learn how to flip a man over and give him one mean-ass headache.
Very normal. I have always wanted to advise my girlfriend to put on a chastity belt when she wears those fucking mini-skirts. Hopefully she will understand my concerns at least to the same degree as you do.

I'm curious as to safe from what???...From creeps who want a cheap thrill...from problems perhaps from incontinence...from blood from a period...I will say this...I do believe you should do what you feel is right for you...not necessarily what someone things...and as far as "obsessions" go...this one is quite benign...at least it is not dirty or perverse in nature...
bighoss is right. So, ignore all these narrow people. You do what's right for you. I don't think you are alone, as I have read of people (mostly girls) who do feel safer doing this. Sometimes it's because something happened to them (like someone doing something inappropriate, as is the case with me), or embarrasment about bodily functions, whatever. It doesn't matter, if you feel safer, that's all the reason you need. It's your body and your business. I don't think a few layers will cause any hygenic issues, either. I'm curious why you would want to ask though, in the first place...sharing this sort of thing isn't something most people would expect.

Looking at myself, I've never felt unsafe. Even whilst wearing no panties at all I always felt safe.
My girlfriend and other female friends always do that so they can't get "harmed" if you no what I mean. So yes I think it's normal.

Men can get the underwear off no matter how many pairs. Of course, if u wear 10 pairs it might take them long enough that u could get away. Haha!
