Is it normal to watch my elderly next door neighbour getting changed?

So my next door neighbour is 84 and she is always pottering about in her garden. However she has no curtains at her window and I often enjoy watching her get changed. It isn't that I find it attractive it just sort of grossly fascinates me to see wrinkled breasts and tummies being squeezed into size 6 clothes.
Is this normal or should I stop?
Should I buy her curtains?
