Is it normal to want your neighbors driveway and yard be neat

We have a nice home and have worked very hard to make our yard neat with lots of curb appeal...our next door neighbor stores olld junk cars in his driveway and often parks his pick up truck in his front yard ... Is it too much to ask that neighbors have some consideration for each other

    I hate people like that. Don't care about anything or anyone. Lazy.

    I agree with you. We used to have the same problem. Old cars on their grass. Their lawn or weeds were 3 feet high. House needed painting and they always had tons of people over. Their cars blocked the sidewalk. I'm glad they moved. We have new neighbors now who have put up a locked fence. They don't mow their lawn either. So far, no junky cars.
