I'm 23 and I've got an embarrassingly small penis, and almost everyone that has ever seen it has either laughed at it, or told me how tiny and useless it is. Yet I will still go out of my way to show people, and let people laugh at it. Even right now, writing this, part of me is hoping that I might find someone who wants a cheap laugh at it. Don't get me wrong, it's not a horrible shrivelled thing, in fact if it wasn't for the size, i'd almost go as far as to say it's fairly nice looking.. for a penis.

My wanting it to be seen and laughed at has seen me do many things. For instance, when I was a student I lived with 3 girls, and I would always walk naked from the shower to my room, just so they could (very obviously) laugh at it.
I have also been naked on webcam to a friend having a 'ladies night in', so that her and her 6 friends could laugh at it and talk about if it was the smallest they'd ever seen.

All in all, everyone seems to enjoy my tiny penis, and I like people laughing at it.. It's win-win, but is it normal?
