For some reason,if a women has well kept feet I always want to see the wearing flip flops! Or some kind of open toe shoe. It's a habit. I'm sure my girlfriend has noticed that i tend to mainly buy her cute little flip flops and sandals, but how should I go about this?

Scary? Not even close. This is quite normal and not even a harmful case. OP just appreciates feet and likes it when girls are confident enough to show off their feet, nothing wrong with that. Its insanely common and while people who don't like feet won't understand, its completely normal.
It gets scary though when it goes past a mere attraction and they start to like when girl's feet are dirty and sweaty and don't mind licking them still. Nooo way, I'd prefer them clean and well kept.
A little bit of smell and a little bit of dirtiness gives feet character though. I'm not crazy about them freshly washed, just out of the shower, but I'm also pretty disgusted when they're super sweaty or dirty.
It seems you prefer a middle line of some sort and thats cool, its not like if I was in that position, I'd deny some pampering just because someone's feet wasn't in the shower 2 seconds ago. What if some godsend of a person asked for a foot rub? Not turning that down unless we're talking I've-been-walking-on-my-kitchen-floor-so-my-soles-are-black dirty, then nah.
But year round with flip flops?! That is most def not normal man,chicks looks good with sneaks or heels too y'know
