Is it normal to want to work part time?

I want to start working part-time, but I am unsure it is would hurt my resume. My current job is not ideal and am only there for the pay and health insurance until I decide on a new career. I want more time to explore new careers and have time to socialize and relax. I am worried it would hurt me in the future to work part-time now.

    I think the fact that you are working the street corner as a prostitute is possibly not good for your career - be it part or full time. I say maybe move into drug dealing and low level fraud to broaden your options ?

    Have you managed to kick that crack habbit yet ?

    I don't think it would hurt your Resume. Employment is employment. I think employers are more interested in your job history and the skills you gained is relevant to the position you are applying for.
