i saw my cousin naked at the age of 11 and now that im 19 i still want to have bondage sex with women and i can bearly control myself around a woman with a high sex drive and i love using my month (i jus cant help it). I've only had sex once. Is this normal?

It sounds like you are using your naked cousin as a excuse for your thoughts. That doesn't justify it.
But sure bondage fetishes are somewhat normal. Please do it with consent.
Like Echo_Hotel, that's in the middle. But seeing your cousin at 11 naked and getting an urge now affecting you is a bit..... weird. But many people have sexual urges for bondage or sex or touching certain people. Just keep it safe :P Also at 19, wait a bit for bondage. I think more in 20's is okay but that's my opinion. But having sex ONCE at 19 then wanting urges seems like you should just wait a bit but you can still pleasure. Opinions and facts, remember that.
I clicked "Normal" but I think "Slightly Uncommon" would be more accurate. You'er 19 being near uncontrollably horny is "Slightly Uncommon" but close enough to normal. As for the bondage and "month" parts that's what we call a Fetish which a loose translation of the dictionary definition is something you really like for no good reason that also falls under the "Slightly Uncommon" category. As for the cousin thing, that falls under "More common than people admit" but I don't think it has any real bearing on your current interests. And to wrap up control your self, find a healthy (i.e. anything consensual, human and non-contagious) outlet for your urges.
I don't think that's normal. Personally, I would prefer to be the person getting tied up and forced to please others, guys and girls. No pain, though. I have to confess my fantasy probably isn't normal either.
