Is it normal to want to tell this girl i like her?

There's this girl I'm attracted at this club I go to (I'm gay) and I more or less know she's bisexual. I don't talk to her much though because I become intimidated around people I like (I also have social anxiety) and I also get the feeling she doesn't like me, or thinks I don't like her. There's also this weird tension around us when we're on our own, and she acts awkward with me which is weird since she's not like that with anyone.

She kind of acts around me the way I act around her....and I liked her, which makes me think maybe she could like me? But, my friends say I appear to dislike people when I'm attracted to them so maybe she just dislikes me.

Anyway she's leaving the country in a few months and I want to tell her I like her since I've got nothing to lose and I don't want her to think I hate her. So, what should I do?

    I should probably clear up that I am gay in the way that I am a GIRL who likes GIRLS. Probably should of mentioned that earlier, but thats why I mentioned the girl being bisexual.
