    I have fallen asleep many times u just sit down with the water on ur back. Mmmm lol

    Actually I find that when I take a shower I feel more alert and awake

    a shath, i lay right down and have a nap in the morning.... my boyfriend does it too

    Yeah, I take mine at around 8 pm and it makes me a little sleepy.
