Is it normal to want to stay skinny?
after everytime i eat i feel the need to do 3 types of ab crunchs 20 times. i just really dont want to become fat and im afraid i will. i dont eat to often and im not werid like if i eat at a restrunt get on the floor after the meal and do it, i wait till im in my room at home or some where more suitable. but is it normal to do 3 types of ab crunchs 20 times after every time i eat?
