Is it normal to want to stay skinny?

after everytime i eat i feel the need to do 3 types of ab crunchs 20 times. i just really dont want to become fat and im afraid i will. i dont eat to often and im not werid like if i eat at a restrunt get on the floor after the meal and do it, i wait till im in my room at home or some where more suitable. but is it normal to do 3 types of ab crunchs 20 times after every time i eat?

    It's normal to want to be skinny these days, but don't overdo the exercise, especially if you're not eating much, or not eating enough. Eat healthily, and don't be worried about how many calories are in everything for goodness sake.

    Ull only get fat by eating alot of unhealthy food everyday and doing crunches won't help u stay skinny just don't over eat u will be fine trust me

    I think as long as you're working out regularly and keeping your diet reasonable you shouldn't worry so much. To be so specific about what and when you have to do certain ab crunches? That's taking it a little far. Just do a few extra during a typical workout or jog a few extra minutes.
