Is it normal to want to smell my friends?

Not in like a perverted way. Sometimes I catch my own natural scent or that of a friend's. Is it normal to want to smell a friend to know their natural scent? I don't do it, but I want to and wonder if it's really weird.

    Heck sure it is.... Done it tons of times with my best friend, even in public. Most of the time it would happen either at my place or his. Out of the blue i got the urge to smell his sweatshirt and so i did. And it was so refreshing, even though he found it very weird.

    Also did it in the bus once.. Or twice, can't even remember what triggered it in the first place.

    But putting my nose on his skin is, well.. Just too weird.

    Sure it is Hannibal Lecter. :)

    I smelled my friends hair once when she was turned around because whatever conditioner she used smelled amazing. 0_0

    But it would never go any further than that.. i think... time will tell.
