When I hear about burglaries going on in my neighborhood, it makes me want to track down the thieves, scare ten shitless, or wait up for them and use a tazer on them. Is it normal?

I feel like trapping them by making my house look like it's unoccupied and wait in the dark but I live in a stupid country where they get released from jail after a few days because of prison overpopulation and lack of funding. That and stupid humanist liberals who believe in human rights for scum.
Yea, thats why I have a gun. I am a girl too. Bonus story!!! This is my favorite story from my life so far. I lived in the middle of nowhere. There was a big garage next door that belonged to the landlord. He built gooseneck trailers in it and had tons of expensive equipment in there. I heard my dogs barking in the night and I grabbed the shotgun and went out to see what was going on. There were 2 guys in the garage and I assumed they were allowed there. My dogs were in there barking at them. So there I am, on the porch with a shotgun in the dark, and I yelled "get the eff out of there! Get over here now!!" to my dogs. The guys dropped something and hopped in their truck and took off. They were robbing the place and I accidentaly stopped them!! They thing they dropped was a plasma cutter worth 20 grand!! I couldnt believe it :D

Ive always thought that if you knew the location of bad individuals, just wear a mask and beat them with a bat at night. Run off get in your car parked out of view, no one knows who you are and they're fucked up. Problem solved. I figure it's my go-to if someone ever messes with me really bad, like upsets me a whole lot.
