Is it normal to want to randomly scream "its over 9000!" in public?

I sometimes get internet memes stuck in my head too, but I try not to yell them in public.

I do that all the time everybody should be aware of goku's power level

vegeta is just like that, when he yells out things it makes you want to say them, like "i am the strongest saiyan who ever lived!" even though gokus stronger.

It's normal if something prompts you to say it. For example, if you see the number 10,000 written somewhere, then I think it's perfectly acceptable.

I would only recommend saying it if you're with a group of friends, though. Otherwise people will think you're talking to yourself. Talking to yourself in public is not normal.
