I want to make out with the girl i babysit. She is only a few years younger than me and the only reason i babysit her is because her mom is worried that something bad will happen to her during the night. Some times we'll end up spooning. But it always stops there. Is it normal

whichever way, you should tell the mom you can't be her babysitter any longer, give her your reason. She may give you the green light... or think you are a creep haha. But at least it woun't end up in you doing something that may get you into trouble!

Depends on how old she is, though it's called BABYsitting for a reason. Her mom trusts you enough to leave you alone with her, don't do anything to break that.

I think that you are getting a lot of over-reactions here.
I think it is normal depending on how old the both of you are and how wide the age gap is. You have said that you two are relatively close to the same age. To me, for teenagers, one to two years difference is okay, three years is a little pushy, four+ years is most likely a no-no. However, if you are preteen and below then no. The youngest girl I have liked was 14 when I was 16, and we had known each other for a long time. We were childhood friends.
You have said that spooning is all that ever happens, so obviously one of you knows better, my guess is her. That is good. As long as you respect her enough to treat her right and not push her into doing something she is not comfortable with, then things should be fine. If the mom finds out on her own though, she might be offended and stop letting you look after her and you might lose her trust.
If you really care about this girl, I would propose asking her about telling her mom that you two have feelings for each other. At least that way, the mom will realize that she can still trust you and hopefully will continue to let you see and hang out with the girl. Tell the mom that you really care about the girl and just to clarify, nothing serious has happened between you two, and just be honest with her. Tell her that you didn't want to betray her trust by doing something stupid, and she will see that you are a responsible young man who she can trust with her daughter.

Spooning is just to lie down with another person resting behind you in a position were you are (like two spoons resting on each other)

I think you should give ages to assess this whole situation. But as @Allxtimexlowxfanx said, there are some potential moral drawbacks given that you are babysittin her and her mother trusts you with that responsibility.
Hey friend ! I believe. It's normal to feel that way ! Your not doing anything wrong. I would suggest staying safe . Wait until she's age ? Not going to far. Don't put her in a bad situation. Look into the cons of it . most definitely don't let people to get to you. Age is only a number ! My grandparent are 11 years apart have been married for 43 years and are still happily married.

Couple of years. Not to bad. My mates getting married to someone 2 years younger than him next year. He'll be 19 and she'll be 17. No it's not that bad. But be very... you've got to very careful. Laws/ regulations all that.
