Is it normal to want to lose weight but not work out
All I Want to do is lose ten pounds. I think about it all the time. So why don't I work out and try to lose the weight? Lazy but I really Want this so why do I not constantly work out if I want it this badly? Anyone that works out alot that can put me in the right frame of mind to actually do something?? Oh I'm 5"10 and 127 pounds. Any good ideas?
