Is it normal to want to lose extreme amounts of weight?
Okay, I'm a female and I want to lose some freaking weight!! I'm 5'5 and weight 144 lbs. I want to lose about 30 to 40 lbs and be really skinny. I was 150 a few days ago and I'm dropping weight because I'm on a juice fasting diet. It's going good so far but, I really want to lose weight!! And be skinny!! Is this normal?
