About 10 years ago I had a friend who used to do that. He was the kind of guy everyone loved and he never met a stranger. But, it was still a little odd to me. Of course he only did it to females. So, this type of behavior is not really anything new or surprising. He used to also to a weird trick where he would tap the tip of his tongue on the white of someones' eye. What a weird sensation. Since you're open to face licking, you should give that one a try. I am sure it is not healthy and you're highly apt to getting some type of eye conjuctivitis... But, your call.

Yeah I have that too. I want to lick the faces of those I find to be cool peoples. I imagine myself licking then like a cat under their chins
