    I used to have trouble putting them in, but I think it'd be awkward having someone help me with that. But I don't have periods anymore because I'm on the depo-provera shot...sorry if that was too much info lol

        it can either stop your periods completely, or make them shorter and lighter. I haven't noticed any side effects, except some mood swings. I had cramps really bad every time I had my monthly, so that's why I started on it. I would recommend it.
