I know this is wrong, but my brother is dating this old woman, lets say 20+ years older. she is soo hot, and one time I was alone with her and she really seem to care for my feelings, wish made me like her, because she made me feel loved, I even cried on her shoulder wish my brother didn't like. Also, I think my brother knows I like her because I cant make it look like I dont and it has become like a competition to have her. Is it ok that I want to date her? I know is wrong.

    Normal, but not good. I don't think you need to compete with your brother over a woman.

    You're attracted to her because she fills your emotional needs. Find some one else (mother, father, aunt, uncle, grandmother, family friend, etc) to confide in.

    she obviously would rather be with your brother otherwise she would be with you. how can you not see this and he is your brother. do you really want to loose your relationship with your brother because you are so selfish and you cant find your own "old lady" to bone? seriously, just think about it and i am sure, well i hope you figure it out anyway. if i was her, i wouldnt want to be with you because you are a cry baby. grow up and man up.
