Is it normal to want to harm people who steal pens?

My dad's girlfriend has been stealing my pens since she started living with us over a year ago. Today, she was complaining to me about her pens going missing, looking for sympathy. I told her that I was having the same problem. She then looked at the pen I was using and claimed it was hers. I wanted to stab her with it.

    Mark your pens with flourescent green paint. Thats how i keep mu tools.

    Tell her that your pens belong to YOU. No one else can use YOUR pens. If she throws a fit, tell her to buy her own.
