Is it normal to want to go on a total "honest spree"

Every once in a while i wa t to go on a complete honest spree. I wantto talk to any1 and sum precisely how i feel and think. Like i want to tell my gf everything. I mean i have never lied to her yet there are still feelings and thoughts i have never been able to say.i want to do the same with friends but i am scared to do it since it would put me in a very very vulnerable position.
Lately i have been thinking about doing the same with a girl i met online/ been talking to her for 3-4 years but never met her. Since i never met her IRL it would be much less awkward.
Any1 els ever wantedtodo this? And should i?

    I prefer going on "enter the terrifying world that is my brain" sprees. Every thought that goes through my head, I say. For example:
    Asparagus, pig latin, where's my wallet, Kleenex, turtle explosion, STARFISH REALLY LOVES YOU!!!, Augustus Waters, wow I'm seriously hungry, suitcase, eclipse, fingerprints, Call Me Maybe, chiropractor, invisible dinosaurs, monkey, zombie squirrel, penguins, Eddsworld, snakesnakesnakesnakesnakesnakesnake, Harry Potter, GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAL!!

    No, really. That is, uncensored, what was running through my head right now. I can't explain any of it.

    Google a website and book called "Radical Honesty".
    Written by a guy who absolutely swears by this stuff!
    Not many could live like that but I bet his friends never have to wonder what he really thinks and they probably feel quite safe with him as he has no hidden agenda and would never lie to you.

    I think honesty is the best policy. I know it doesn't always get you where you want to be, but I know if I'm honest and someone doesn't like the truth I can hold my head up high and say I was truthful and have nothing to hide.
