I keep having the urge to go out the house naked to experience what it is like could people please give there opinions about this whether it is normal or not

It is. I mean, there are people that do this but I wouldn't really classify it as "normal." It's called exhibitionism. Unless of course you don't care if people see you and just want to do it solely for the freedom, then it must be something else.
