So I've been dating this guy for a month or two now and he's great... except he's shy about bed. We only just had sex for the first time a few nights ago and I noticed he was uncut (Seemed to be the reason he avoided sex in the first place). This isn't a normal thing from what I've seen, so is it better I break up with him?

His penis isn't "abnormal". Penises naturally have foreskin - it's not like his dick is neon green or anything. Personally, I don't see it as such a big deal - he can't control it and it's completely normal for him to be uncut.

Honestly, it's pretty shallow for you to consider breaking up with him just for the single standing reason that his parents decided against him being circumcised.

But if you seriously can't imagine yourself staying with him, then don't stay in the relationship. You'll be doing him a favor. He needs someone who doesn't see a little extra skin as a deal breaker.

    I'm assuming you live in America. Circumcision is common in the US. For the whole of Europe, for example, it's rare.

If you find something about a person you are in a relationship with, distasteful enough to consider leaving, then do it. There's no point in being uncomfortable in a relationship.
