I am female, and I wear skirts and do other girly things. I am also bisexual but with a strong sway towards being lesbian. Everyday I wish I was a male instead so I could treat girls even better... is thst normal?

Aside from that, it is perfectly normal. I have always had a wish that I could change my gender for one day, and be a woman, not just to experience things like sex and a different body, but to see how differently you would think. It may seem like we have it easier than girls, and werobably do, but If I were offered the chance to trade bodys with a girl for a day I would.

I don't know how normal it is but I feel the same way! Be it hormonal imbalance, genetic disposition, or perhaps just a case of a female getting a male's soul I believe that what you're feeling is natural and more normal than some would like to believe.
That said, you are female and should take some pride in it. Being a male isn't just a matter of adding external hardware. Males think, feel, act, and, for all intents and purposes, exist differently. Were you a male you can bet that the things that make you yourself would change greatly, in more than just a physical way.
Take pride in the aspects of yourself you enjoy that exist solely because of your gender (emotional, reproductive, mental, etc), and for the rest, just ignore social norms and live how you please. They even make 'accessories' that can help you become more masculine or perform masculine acts. The artificial facial hair is one such example, and don't let the fact that it's artificial get you down. Trust me, if you hate having to shave your legs you couldn't begin imagine shaving your face, so it's really more a perk than a liability.
Not to mention your restrooms are so much cleaner.
