We only have a certain lifespan for a very good reason, why the fuck would you want to be immortal?
As you grow older you will realise the errors of your ways!
Assuming immortality was achievable for me, there'd be no reason to assume that it wouldn't be achievable for everyone else. Now, are we talking about merely an infinite lifespan, with decreased aging and immunity to mortal illness, or are we talking about complete invulnerability to danger, as well?
