Every time that time comes along, I get the strongest urge to get down and dirty with my boyfriend. I hear that part's pretty normal, but I don't think i'd honestly mind it actually happening (when the pain's not that bad). I mean, it's technically already lubricated and all ready to go. It's just that . . .well, it's messy, and many consider it pretty gross.

I don't, and I actually get really turned on just thinking about it. Is that normal?

    Your cause of getting horny is normal too. Infact women tends to become more horny during that period. But because of taboos and stigma; people avoids sex while period. If some steps are taken to decrease mesiness, it can be a normal sex.

    In my experience I don't find it to be the right 'kind' of lubrication. It's too watery and feels weird when it dries. It's not my thing--I only know because I was in a long distance relationship once and a period wasn't going to mess with our weekend. I feel sorry for whomever had to clean that room after we'd gone though...
    ANYWAY, I definitely know about the cranked-up hormones before and close to the end of a period.

    Do it. Girls are usually more sensitive down there during their period which makes it more fun for both people. You never have to stop to get lube either, which is another, slightly grosser, plus.

    Just don't do it if you anything that can be caught through blood. Even if you use a condom the blood gets all over the place and will probably get on your partner somewhere.

    my ex used to love sex when she had her period. she said it helped with the cramps. i liked it too. it was different. i liked the slippery feel and the smell. we bought some huge and very thick towels just for the occasion. you put the towels under you and kinda have to keep them under you during sex. that was the only thing we had to put up with.
    aaahhhh pms sex. brings back the ole days :)
