I wan`t to be a biologist. But everybody makes fun of me and think i`m weird is this normal.

    its not normal for people to make fun of you for that... what's wrong with being a biologist? I have thought of it myself. Maybe they think you aren't serious or wont find any work in that field, make sure you research on that too before deciding

    I should have learned a more noble craft. Out of the library into the lab.

    I just graduated with a bachelor's in microbiology and I do get shit from my co workers and friends for being a nerd but hell, none of them could accomplish that. It's YOU who is going to be working to survive...might as well be something you enjoy eh?

    Most people seem to drift apart from most of their school friends. Do you really want to miss out in doing something you like because of them?
