Is it normal to want this operation?

Is it normal for someone to want an operation for cosmetic reasons? Even if it could be a very big surgery? What if someone has always been into prolapsed rectums (inside-out buttholes) and want to get their rectum prolapsed surgically. Strictly for cosmetic reasons, because its so exotic! and people here dont understand because its not a trend here yet. Everything i looked up and researched about it was all positive. So this is normal, yes???
