Is it normal to want doll sized people as pets?

Is it normal that I wish I had wee people kept in a tank, like a pool table sized mini village with a glass tank around it. I would be like their god and I could punish them by farting into their tank. I mean small Lego sized people like from Lilliput not dwarves or midgets. They could also have little disasters by dropping a rat in there or something.
