I've been watching a lot of zombie movies and playing fallout lately and I've decided that I want one of these. I think I could survive a post apocalyptic wasteland or a world full of zombies. I mean it wouldn't be that hard.

    I have stock piled spam and soups for zombie apocalypse. Got a riot shield on my siaga 12 and rounds u never heard of for it. It will happen eventually. Prepare now. Better safe than sorry. Keep in mind cat and dog food is edible. As soon as it brakes out im goin to Petsmart

    Life would be a lot simpler, but don't expect to live for too long. For example, being exposed to radiation and zombies is a lot worse in real life.

    A nuke creates a wasteland with mutants. The radiation makes outpost survivers zombies who fight mutants.

    I think it's normal to naturally be optimistic about your survival chance given a situation like that. But that definitely doesn't mean you'd survive. In fact, you probably wouldn't considering that it's mere chance whether or not you make it past the first outbreak/nuke/anarchy. After that then survival skills come into play. I live in Atlanta and figured out the blast radius and fallout zones if the CDC were to be nuked. Safe. But not from the zombies...

    Disclaimer: Not if they used a big hydrogen bomb like the "Tsar Bomba" instead of a normal nuke or ICBM but they got rid of those after the Cold War. Right...?

      Well not solely chance. Where you live, who you live with, skills, property, etc. all do factor in but I think they have much greater and more considerable effect on your survival chance after the first waves of mayhem have died down some.
