I'm in love with my teacher.... he was my 6th teacher and my 8th grade teacher and my basketball coach all through middle school. We had a great relationship we talked every day in 8th grade I had him for 2 classes. We never did work it was a study hall and a computer class. Instead I talked to him. I could tell him everything. Which I did. Even if I talked about sex he listened. I miss him so much and we have felling for each other. Now I'm 18 but still in high school I want a relationship with him. We email sometimes but that's it.... what should I do.?

    Where he is no longer your teacher I would approach the situation 'carefully' like asking him out somewhere.. if that's too much maybe send something mildly flirty to him and if he is into it he will defiantly let you know :) good luck.

      Thanks! And we sorta flirt like he tells me how pretty I am and that I don't need to lose weight and he even sends wink faces sometimes.

    Forget him. Teachers have hundreds of students and many get crushes just like yours. To the teacher it is a delicate balance of not angering or antagonizing the students who, if feeling rejected, can cause real havoc in a teacher's life (false accusations of sex, etc). So they play along with the students, hoping the students will grow up and move on, which is exactly what you should do.

      Guess you don't understand... he's different. He actually a family friends to. And we've still kept in touch after middle school and now I'm 18. I just think there's something there... he's 36 thought. And divorced.

    When a teacher shows interest in you as a teacher that's just him doing his job. When he shows interest years later there is interest in you well beyond the classroom.

    I want to be with him and I think he wants to be with me to. I'm just scarred about our age gap and I'm pretty sure he is as well even though I am of age now.
