When i used to walk about a mile home from my school bus stop I noticed that everyday I would get the same obscure beat in my head that I called my walking beat. I seemed to walk to the rhythm of this beat. Normal?
Oh my! I thought I was the only one. I do it because if you sing on the street everyone thinks you're crazy, so you just sing the song in your head and then walk out the beat.
High five to Joe too. I used that song to keep me going when I was up walking in Scotland and the weather was like minus seven million. I'm curious to know what you do with those quick "nana nana" bits, though. It's almost like you have to perform a quick riverdance!

they are just random, repetitive beats that I don't recognize from any song or rap. I think all music has a beat.. And it seems there are different beats for different things I do
yeah i suppose. I think about music when im walking. not really "beats" since im not much of a hip hop or rap person (i am assuming you are). but about drum and guitar riffs
