Is it normal to wake up with your bedsheet wrapped around your neck

Sometimes when I wake up the sheets are fine but othertimes they are twined around my neck like I have been trying to strangle myself in my sleep. Is this normal?

Dude, you just roll around a lot. I hope you don't strangle yourself. I'd have to say it's normal-ish, but could be dangerous. You might want to keep scissors on your headboard or something, just in case.

Happens to me. I set up my camera to take a time lapse film of me in bed, years ago. I don't know if everyone moves about in the night as much as me, but it was insane. All that twisting and twirling, it's no mystery why I get entangled.
