Is it normal to wake up with a sprained foot?!?!

Ok so like I fell asleep last nite perfectly fine and in the middle of the nite I had
A dream that my leg muscle got pulled. It felt so real tho like maybe it wasn't a dream? Then i wake up this morning to find out i can bearly even walk becuz my FOOT hurts so bad! It feels Like it's sprained. But how can I jus fall asleep perfectly fine and wake up to a messed up foot??it hurts so bad!):

    It mist definitely sounds like you are a sleepwalker! You may not have realized it until now but it's very probable that while sleepwalking you tripped and sprained your ankle and did not wake up. Fo most sleepwalkers it is near impossible to be woken up when sleepwalking. You should see a Doc about your ankle!

    Yeah it's still possible to get cramps in your foot muscles. If it was bad enough your foot would hurt still. But if you still cannot walk on it tomorrow go to the doctor.

    Sounds like you got a leg cramp. Your muscles would still be sore after twisting themselves up like that. I got them when I was pregnant and they would jolt me awake because they hurt so bad.

    You could have tested it on the sheets or blankets while u slept or had a cramp which could make it sore today. Not sure what else it could be but if it doesn't get better in a few days see a doctor
