Is it normal to wake up tired?

Yeah, the title pretty much tells the whole story. Every time I wake up I already feel tired, although I haven't done anything yet. It feels like I don't have the energy to go through the day.

Btw: I'm not depressed, that's not the reason.

When I wake up all i want to do is sleep like i've been in the gym for 4 hours. I think it just depends on your sleep pattern and how much willpower you have to leave the bed in the morning.

I had issues with over sleeping...after many doctors I finally figured out you need to find your real sleep amount and reduce stress and then you'll wake up feeling rested...

It's all about fitness and drive. If you eat like shit, you're gonna feel like shit. If you don't really look forward to your day, you're gonna sulk around. OR...maybe you just have a crappy bed and you don't sleep well!

mmm...could be related to diet, do you go shit as soon as you wake up, that should make you happy :) if not then it means you are not eating properly...plus other excuses like no exercise, lazy attitude, no positivness, low self esteem blah blah blah...

    • That eating thing might really be it, because I have very strange eating habits. Can it really cause such symptoms?

yeah could be, better eat less in dinner and more in lunch and make sure you have a good protein in your breakfast after waking up.
