Is it normal to wait for a few days to solve problems(against boss)?

Sometimes the boss is talking nervously. do you must to solve the problem at that time or wait for a few days? P.S. Proverb(az): you must have to crush the iron when it is hot. Thanks for feeds.

I don't think that's how the saying goes, and I'm not really sure how that applies to this situation.

    so.
1)you have any problems in your work. The boss saw this problem and begin to cry. And you, too. The boss crying and you crying, boss and you ,boss and you. And problem is solving with crying.
    2) you have any problems in your work. The boss saw this problem and begin to cry. And you have been calm for the sin, which is this problem not happened for your sin. then, when the boss is calm down (a few days) you talk with boss and explain the problem detailed.
    1 or 2?
p.s. Most likely your choice is 2. But
please consider the proverb - you must to crush the iron when it is hot. Best regards.
