I'm serious. I just do this for kicks. Shits 'n' giggles. My girlfriend thinks i'm a total loon but I find it pretty fun to do.

    That's really bad for you and just confuses your system. Do this too many times and you will start to develop sleep resistance otherwise known as insomnia.
