I hear that if you start using it too early it won't be as effective when you really need it-not sure if its true or not but at 20 WHY on earth WOULD you need it?
I'll be 25 in September. I *should* use one - or at least, that's how I feel - but I find a lot of moisturisers are too rich for me and I'm prone to acne; clogged pores and congested skin.
I do, however, use SPF 50+ on all exposed areas when I remember (I've been pretty bad this summer).
The only moisturiser I really like right now is The Body Shop's tea tree stuff. I cleanse, tone and moisturise at least once a day (or try to!!); use face masks at least once a month and pore strips when I remember.
If there's such a thing as an anti-ageing range suitable for oily/combo skin, I'll give it a go for a week or two.
I am 17 and I use an anti aging/wrinkle cream. Not because I am concerned about my age or anything but because it generally has more vitamins, minerals, SPF protection and no oil that clogs my pores. The eye creams especially because I have eczema under my eyes and it is the only thing that helps!
The sooner you start the better as long as its a high end cream you should be fine
You're normal, many girls get paranoid thanks to society's pressure to be beautiful.
I use SPF and cold cream, those are honestly the only genuine stuff. I'm almost 20, and I figured I might as well get a head start.
I read that out of all the cremes, olay regenerist brand was the best.
So true. Wrinkles forms when your skin surface collagen is much depleted. Reversing from this stage to less wrinkles takes so much more cream/supplements with little result. Use skin cream with SPFs when you are still young really slows down this and you only need to worry about dealing with wrinkles in your 50s :)
There are creams that prevent aging and the ones that reverses it. I'm an Avon rep so i use Avon Solutions Ageless, when i turn 30 im gonna use the skin regimen they have for 30+ and so on so on
It is normal. I have heard that if you do have wrinkles, then the cream will not be as affective. You have to start BEFORE you have wrinkles. It will help reduce them as you age.
There's nothing wrong with it unless the cream is doing some sort of damage. Normal.
