When it rains and I forgot my umbrella, I put a plastic bag over my head to protect my hair.
There are other people who do that ?
Just remember not to pull it down right over your head and tie it off tightly around your neck.
Although I suppose that would be one way of never again having to worry about your hair getting wet.
i like using an entire black 55 gallon trash bag , i just poke a peep hole in it. when you do things to please other humans , you are really enslaving your mind. yes you will be looked upon as an oddball human. But in reality you are the one thats has freed your mind to unlimited possibilities.
I guess it's an option when you have no umbrella, though I personally would let myself be soaked through if I had no umbrella. Just make sure you can easily breathe and it isn't tight around your neck.
