Is it normal to try to get somebody fired?

I am not a person who tells on them to put them in trouble but I do it at work... If I dislike somebody I go to my boss and tell bad things about them expecting they would get fired sooner or later. Is it normal to go to my boss and report people's mistakes?

wow you are such a mature and professional worker huh. you remind me of my old co-worker. she didnt like me because i was her supervisor and she was 10 years older than me. she used to go to the boss all the time complaining about me. he actually told me about every complaint she made and told me not to worry about her and we had a laugh. you are a pathetic little worm just like she is. why dont you spend your time actually being productive at work and proving that you are a good worker instead of trying to make other people look bad.

Things wrong that put the company at risk then I guess that is something a boss would want to know about.

You know people like you never think about the family of that person..you say it's fun right?
Well think about it..when they get fired how will they feed their kids and husband/wives? If they dont have family how will they be able to support themselves and secure their future?
Your kind are the reason my mom got fired and is currently unemployed now cos no one wants to take her in their job because apparently the mother fucking worm who was the reason she had been fired had told lots of companies that she's useless and will only bring loss to the companies. Fuck people like you..please..please stop doing that. You would understand if you have a family...right now my brother Baxter needs a new bag but because we're short on money he has to use a shopping bag.

  • just make sure you are perfect... after a while of you always bringit to his attention, he may use you as a comparison... to all others you may end up setting the standard by being the constant variable in the work place...

many people think "reality does not apply to me"

your boss may respect you more if you publically helped the co worker to be better you may even get a raise... by being the one person that can teach them.

other wise its just an ongoing inside joke with the higher-ups they will laugh to themselves when they hire someone that will make you nervous for your own job.

he is cruel as well for letting a you unauthorized influence his decisions.. think he wont toy with your income?

I think it's normal to an extent. If you have bad intentions like JUST because you don't likethem, then thatbos bad. But if they are incompitent , a liability or cause unnessessary drama then I'd do the same thing
