Is it normal to to act out violence

When at work or in other situations where I have had a disagreement/argument or just don't like what a person has said about something, after the person has left I act out violence and pretend it is them I am doing it to, this in turn gets me all pumped and angry and I often feel I could lash out.

E.g of things I tend to do >>> punching, choking, belt smacking/ belt choking...pushing my thumbs in to their eye balls. I proceed to pretend I see them squirming on the floor as I throb with rage... Is it normal that I feel so pumped and laugh. I feel I am losing control in these situations Or I can't deal with my feelings?

Thanks for any feedback, on this issue.
