Is it normal to think your friends hate you?

I get seriously paranoid in thinking that my friends/acquantainces all think I'm the most annoying person in the world, and talk bad about me and that I'm the only clueless person around. I feel like they're probably laughing everytime I'm around me, b/c I think that we're friends or something. Only one of them has ever given me a reason to feel that way, but I still do. I feel like crap. I feel like the most annoying person to have ever walked this earth.

I'm sure that everyone you know doesn't secretly hate you and are plotting to murder you in your sleep.

I used to feel like that about everyone I know. But you don't need to worry about that. None of your friend is actually bad when you get to know them. Stop thinking about how they might think about you, but focus more on thinking how you think about them.

  • Your friends do hate you. can you give me some tips of things that make you want to leave, because this one kid won't leave us alone and tells people were friends which makes people not like me.

You pretty much just described my thought process when in around friends completely. I'm the EXACT same way. Itsnormal for some people. We are just shy and scared that we'll loose our friends, but I've come to believe that if you show your real personality, and some of your friends drop you for it, than it wasn't a very good friendship to begin with and there's no uses getting hung up over them. Just be yourself, that's what shows who your true friends are, and then you'll be soo much more comfortable and happy. Don't worry, and just go for it. And maybe you could join forensics(debate) at ur school(if there is one). I think It helped me a whole lot :)

Im pretty sure my friends hate me .... What that mean is they arnt real friends you need to find friends you can trust but be yourself dont try to adjust your personality to fit someone elses. The best thing to do is follow your passion and people with similar likes and opinioms will be attracted to you. I am a pretty outgoing person a fun to be around but my friends think they are too cool to have fun. I finally convinced my mom to get me voice lesson it takes my mind off of the drama and makes me happy i think you need to find somthing like that. Dont give up though thats the most important thing . you might go months without any friends at allbut at least you arnt miserable with friends who dont even like you. Like i said before just be youtself and real friends will come

Either your self-esteem is a bit low or you have a lack of trust in people. It happens with a lot of people. I've been like that for a long time, but you have to share your feelings with others and let them reassure you that you can trust them. It's best to start with the people you're closest to, like your family. They can help you build up your confidence and give you good advice. Give it enough time and try to be more calm. If you prepare yourself for anything that comes your way and tell yourself that it doesn't matter, you'll soon realise that if anyone has a problem with you, it's actually their problem, not yours. That's how I built my confidence. Give it a try and you might be surprised at how strong you can be. =o)

I can say it's normal, we sometimes feel that way. Few people don't care enough about what other think that they appear to be full of themself, obnoxious and annoy. One of my big brother is a good explain.

I'm just assume that you're one cool dude, you don't have to let what they thinking of you haunt you. Their opinion is just that... opinion. Just laugh it off, they're at loss when they think badly of you without any good reason.
