Is it normal to think we should take it all away?

When a group of people get together and start chanting "Death to America", is it normal to think that we should take away everything that the West has given them? Sorry no car, no TV, no radio, no electricity, no computer, no cell phone, no telephone, and on and on. Please try to add to this list.

lol what does this even mean. Because some people are sick of the way social media is abusing the power to brainwash americans in believing in some materialistic dream. The western mind is a house of cards. Science and technology house brought a very far way, but we're becoming cynical. We need love more than anything, and that's what we're lacking the most.

I agree that the world needs more love. Trouble is, do you think those people could ever love you?

You're an odd one, sucky. Half of the stuff you say I agree with totally, the other half (this, for example) I think is the work of a dangerous mind, if not a troll. Lots of what you say, like your comment I'm replying to now, doesn't even make sense. Not strictly on topic I know, just thought I'd say how interesting I find you as a collection of opinions.

That's just death to American idiots, not America. There's Americans who do not subscribe to the typical 'American' picture.

I would leave them only one thing that Western Civilization gave them, Birth Control. Not that they would use it anyway!

Pretty much all of the things you listed the West gave the world are made in China. Cars, cell phones, computers..

  • I agree, and to the ones that are saying that and arent American, drop a few cluster bombs on their shit and mud houses. That would shut them up but good.

    perfectly normal.

especially if the people whining are citizens. but there's the problem... they want to grandstand ... without actually giving up on what they have.

I don't think so. Its normal to get ticked off about things like that, but you have to consider it from their side as well. Some people from this country have been downright awful to those people, so they sort of have a right to be pissed. When we're angry we all say things we don't mean. And if you look at it that way, if we took away all their Western things, shouldn't they have the right to recall all of our imported products as well. Not saying you're wrong here, just offering a different standpoint.

Yep. Act like a big sooking baby and take away some gadgets because of a minority. That will show them how mature and developed the western world is!

Y'all are racist. And I thought one of the fundamental concepts of America was freedom of speech.

I can understand that, but the thing that makes America so great (unfortunately for us more patriotic folk) is that they have the right to be able to say that. Equal rights means rights for everyone, and while it disgusts me to no end to hear them say that, even WITH all of the problems we have now, if I were to advocate that other Americans be stripped of their rights, I would no longer deserve mine.

I am a constitutionalist and I love my country because we have such a great constitution and like I said, while it disgusts me to no end to hear people say that, their right to say that is what makes America great. But I see why you feel that way, it does suck.
